Where do you source your sapphires from?

We make a conscious effort to ensure that all of our sapphires & gemstones are ethically and sustainably sourced. The origin of your sapphire will be noted in the listing. Our aim in 2019 is to completely offer only Australian sourced sapphires as our gemstone of choice. Australian sapphires are not only one of of the most beautiful and sort after sapphires in the world, but we are passionate about supporting the local sapphire miners and gem cutters. You will then have peace of mind that your sapphire is guaranteed to be ethically and sustainably sourced under ethical conditions.

Do you have a bricks and mortar store that I can visit?

At this stage we only sell online. This has benefits for you as it allows us to keep our prices fair for our clients because we don't need to worry about store overheads. It also allows us to be completely flexible with our work hours too, so we can respond to clients all over the world within a few hours instead of having to wait until a shop opens! 

As we are online, we endeavour to photograph the photos in natural light with as many angles as possible, you can always request more photos and we post videos on our instagram page of every ring that we have. The only surprises we want you to have is an exquisite sparkly one!


Do you offer resizing prior to shipping?

Yes, we do offer resizing. Our resizing is completed by a master jeweller who specialises in antique jewellery, so your ring is in good hands. As your contemporary ring is brand new there should be no issues with resizing. Please contact us to discuss if you are wanting a particular ring resized. We will also advise the cost of a resize prior to any work commencing.


How do I make a return?

In the unlikely event that you aren't 100% happy with your purchase and wish to return your piece of jewellery, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving it. The return shipping cost (with insurance) is to be covered by the buyer. The item must be sent back to Annabelle Blackstone in the original condition that it left the studio in, this means it must be suitably packed to avoid damage in transit. Once we receive the piece it must have no alterations or damage. Once it has been inspected, we will process the refund. Please note that Annabelle Blackstone is not responsible for custom's fees & duty, you must ensure that you check this prior to shipping back to Australia.


Do you ship worldwide?
Absolutely! We have clients from all over the world wearing their own piece of history.
As soon as payment has cleared, your ring will be shipped the very next business day. Domestic shipping within Australia is by Express Post with insurance with International delivery by Express Courier International. Both shipping methods have door to door tracking which will also require a signature on delivery at the address the ring is being shipped to. Your unique tracking number will be provided in your order details.
|| PLEASE NOTE! || Some countries do impose import charges, these are not covered in the cost of your item & Annabelle Blackstone will not be made liable for any costs incurred for import/duty charges. It is your responsibility to check this prior to purchase, if you are unsure if your country does impose these fees, we can't stress enough that you please check prior to purchase.
